2. Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to sales@wikriate.com or through our official WhatsApp contact: +966 125810555.
Cancellations will only be accepted if the request is submitted within 24 hours of placing the order and before the service has commenced.
Once the service has started (such as digital activation, subscription setup, or delivery of digital content), cancellations are not permitted.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if:
The service has not yet been delivered or activated.
The service provided is materially different from what was agreed upon in writing.
There has been a proven technical error or failure caused by Us.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days of the transaction date.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original method of payment.
Refund amounts may exclude transaction fees, payment gateway charges, or administrative costs.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

Digital services are delivered or activated once.
Subscription-based plans after the start date.
Customized or personalized services specifically tailored to the Client.
Fees for third-party services, integrations, or licenses.

5. Modifications to Service

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time. In such cases, affected customers may be eligible for partial refunds based on the unused portion of their service, at the Company’s discretion.
